The Police says the driver of the truck will be charged with culpable homicide. “It’s alleged that the driver of the truck was making a U-turn on the highway when the vehicle carrying the minister crashed into the truck. Both he and his two protectors died on the scene. The driver of the truck was not injured and he was arrested on the scene on a charge of culpable homicide” says Ronel Otto.
