Tomorrow’s Leaders in Focus today.

During our interviews in the year 2014, we caught up with some special people in the industry who made quite a conversation about the Tomorrow’s Leaders Convention. So it got listed on our important events to showcase. Tomorrow’s Leaders Convention has been in existence for some time now. Luckily for us, our CE was nominated last year and again this year and that gave us the access to the event.

As most events are centered around motivation and inspiring people, most individuals have taken a break from motivational sessions and rather consulted specialists in the fields they require help. Considering the people that were advertised on the banners and social designs of Tomorrow’s Leaders Convention @TLCConvention, it was easy to say it was going to be a motivational Session.

On arrival at the Emperor’s palace, the arrangement of the stands was quite impressive, with various stands and a setup that has a corporate flair to the atmosphere. A few of the companies promoting on the site at the Tomorrow’s Leaders Convention were growing brands and businesses which gave us the idea that Tomorrow’s Leaders Convention is not all about profit but growth.

The topics discussed by the speakers were impressive and they touched on topics that were affecting entrepreneurs and those in business and struggling. Networking was easy as the venue was arranged and designed to allow the exchange of contacts and make acquaintances.

Old mutual representative gave the programme a financial twist that gave many attendants the importance of the concept of saving. On average, about 42% of attendants logged on to Old mutual’s #TaxfreeSavingsPlan website to follow up on what made us all feel like coffee is way too expensive than saving.

In summary, the event turned out to be a thought-provoking event and one that has its success, not only in people sharing their success stories but in the huge fact that some financial advice were made available for free.

Socialites were also catered for at the end of the event, treated to great entertainment and food. The goodie bags that were handed to attendants had lots of great stuff that is actually really useful and meaningful.

The break-away session was a bit unstructured and was not as tasteful as expected, organizers might want to look into that next year.
