One of the most anticipated Tour in South Africa, this year happened this weekend. Multi-platinum artist Chris Brown returned to South Africa for two concerts, One in Johannesburg and the other in Durban!
The Chris Brown X Tour Live in SA concerts is part of a world tour to celebrate the release of his sixth studio album entitled X. The album sees Breezy teaming up with some of today’s hottest artists in R& B, Hip-Hop and Pop, such as Usher, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and Tyga. Regarding the new album, Brown has said, “I want everyone to take a journey with me through ‘X.’ We’re going to experience the highs and the lows, the love and the pain.”
The Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter kicked off his South African tour at the Coca-Cola Dome, Johannesburg on Thursday, 2 April 2015. Johannesburg fans came out to support breezy in their numbers and the hall was packed to the tip as a result of a sold out stage for the event.
However, fans at the Coca-Cola dome performance were disappointed, complaining about Breezy lip-synch and his unmerited performance, something less of what was expected for a pricey concert.
