Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson Reunite For Fast and Furious Finale.

Vin Diesel took to Instagram Sunday to try and persuade Dwayne Johnson to return to the Fast and the Furious film franchise. “The world awaits the finale of Fast 10. As you know, my children refer to you as Uncle Dwayne in my house. There is not a holiday that goes by that they and you don’t send well wishes… but the time has come. Legacy awaits,” Diesel added. “I told you years ago that I was going to fulfill my promise to Pablo. I swore that we would reach and manifest the best Fast in the finale that is 10! I say this out of love… but you must show up, do not leave the franchise idle you have a very important role to play. Hobbs can’t be played by no other. I hope that you rise to the occasion and fulfill your destiny.”

The beef between the actors reportedly began in 2016 when Johnson called a few of his male ‘Fast and Furious’ co-stars ‘candy a**es’ and ‘unprofessional’ via Instagram.

It was later revealed he was talking about Diesel. A source also claimed that the two definitely clashed on set during filming.

It was described by their co-star Ludacris as “a delicate situation”.

The pair have clashed with each other – with The Rock confirming they didn’t shoot any scenes together for The Fate of the Furious.

One scene in the 2017 film starred both actors – but this was only due to clever editing.

The final week of filming for that film saw The Rock post a message on Instagram denouncing a co-star (who he didn’t name at the time) for failing to “conduct themselves as stand-up men and true professionals”.

In this case he was referring to Vin Diesel.
