‘Young, Famous & African’ returns with Season 2

Its been a while since viewers last witnessed some of their favourite African celebrities open up about their personal lives, and they have been eagerly waiting for their return.

Fortunately, the wait is almost over with precisely a few days left before the Netflix premiere of season two of “Young, Famous & African.”

This time, some well-known celebrities such as media personality Bonang Matheba, Ghanaian singer Fantana, and renowned fashion designer, TV personality, entrepreneur, model, and creator of children’s shows Luis Munana will join the likes of Khanyi Mbau, Nadia Nakai, Swanky Jerry, Andile Ncube, Naked DJ, Zari Hassan, 2Baba, Kayleigh Schwark, and Annie Macaulay-Idibia.

We have to agree with Mbau completely after viewing the released trailer, it is “a disaster”. Swanky Jerry and Macaulay-Idibia’s blow-up together with Hassan and Fantana’s catfight over Diamond Platnumz, both fueled by Nakai, of course, are revealed in the enticing, impossible-to-avoid trailer.

Along with his former colleagues Sebabatso Mothibi and Rosette Ncwana, Andile Ncube also has to deal with his own problems, but Naked DJ and Schwark put up a united front. In the confessional, Matheba is similarly caustic, muttering the word “destruction” and giggling.

She is shouting at Munana in another image, telling him to stop bothering her because she is one of Africa’s biggest stars. In contrast, Nakai is heard remarking, “This is not ‘build a hoe’.” Friendships are unquestionably put to the ultimate test in the upcoming season, which is sure to captivate viewers.
